Course bio:
This course is designed to support pharmacists and pharmacy teams in confidently assessing and managing patients presenting with ear symptoms consistent with acute otitis media, in line with current clinical guidance and Pharmacy First pathways. As per Pharmacy First, this course focuses on children, but is also relevant for adults. Through a combination of clinical knowledge, practical assessment skills and applied scenarios, the course aims to strengthen safe decision making in community practice.
