Indications:
The PGD covers travellers over 10 years of age, who require passive protection against pertussis in a newborn relative/friend.
The PGD will also cover healthcare workers who have regular contact with pregnant women or young infants, and it will cover those who are pregnant and wish to have the vaccine privately instead of through their GP.
Suggested Training:
• Vaccination training such as that offered by ECG Healthcare.
• Travel Health course such as that offered by ECG Healthcare.
• Refresher course for BLS/anaphylaxis
