F2F (3.5 hrs) &amp; online training (NO PGD) (Member)"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><strong>General Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note, due to audit and attendance purposes we will require individual bookings only.<\/p>\n<p>Please show your completed booking email\/confirmation at your training session.<\/p>\n<p>Booking\/eLearning enrolments are processed Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5pm, with 24\/48 process time required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course outline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This course is open to pharmacy team members and trainee pharmacists (who do not require\/are not authorised to operate under a PGD) including both those new to vaccinations as well as those requiring a refresher.<\/p>\n<p>This 3.5-hour face to face training course covers all practical skills required to vaccinate adults and children over the age of 2.<\/p>\n<p>You will also have access to an online course which provides all the theory content required.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of this course, you will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver Intramuscular and Subcutaneous injections into the deltoid and thigh.<\/li>\n<li>Reconstitute vaccines.<\/li>\n<li>Draw up multi dose vial injections.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver intranasal vaccination.<\/li>\n<li>Provide CPR.<\/li>\n<li>Recognise and treat anaphylaxis with the use of adrenaline for children and adults.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ECG\u2019s General Terms and Conditions, can be viewed here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ecgtraining.co.uk\/about-us\/policies\/\">https:\/\/ecgtraining.co.uk\/about-us\/policies\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Online element<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All online courses are completed on an approved platform and your registration and training details are held on this platform.
